Roger focuses on helping individuals and families build financial security through thoughtful life insurance planning and retirement income options. Through his work and professional associations, Roger places a strong emphasis on facilitating philanthropy and legacy planning, helping clients align their financial resources with the causes and values that matter most to them.

Deeply involved in his Catholic community, Roger is an active member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Parish in Burlington, Kentucky. He is also a very active member of the Diocese of Covington Serra Club for vocations working on projects for the Vocations Committee. Roger is passionate about many charitable organizations, reflecting his belief that sound financial planning can be a powerful tool for generosity and long-term impact.

Roger’s approach is relationship-driven and values-based, taking time to understand each client’s goals, family dynamics, and vision for the future. By doing so, he helps families plan not only for their own financial well-being, but also for the legacy they hope to leave behind.

Roger is married to his wife, Lisa, and their 3 married daughters have blessed them with 10 grandchildren.  He enjoys spending time with his grandchildren and being outdoors whenever possible. Whether paddling a canoe or swimming laps in the pool, he values staying active and connected to nature.
