Agent Susan Pangallo Supports Feeding God’s Children Outreach with St. Mary Parish and School in Alexandria, KY

Agent Susan Pangallo recently had the privilege of hosting a Feeding God’s Children event alongside the students and parishioners of St. Mary Parish and School in Alexandria, Kentucky. The day was a meaningful example of Northern Kentucky community service, as multiple generations came together with a shared purpose of caring for neighbors in need.

Students and staff at St. Mary School enthusiastically collected donations to help create take along snack bags for the diners of the Henry Hosea House. Classrooms filled with food items, and the spirit of generosity was evident throughout the school. Young students learned firsthand the importance of service, compassion, and practical support for local families facing food insecurity in the Alexandria and greater Northern Kentucky area.

The St. Mary’s Senior Club played a vital role in bringing the project to completion. Members carefully assembled each snack bag, ensuring that every item was thoughtfully packed and ready to be distributed. Their dedication reflected a strong tradition of parish involvement and faith centered outreach that continues to define the parish community.

In total, 318 snack bags were assembled and delivered, along with three boxes of additional miscellaneous food items. The group also presented a $300 check to support the mission of the Henry Hosea House. These combined efforts made a meaningful impact and demonstrated how coordinated community outreach can extend far beyond a single day of service.

For Agent Susan Pangallo, events like Feeding God’s Children reflect a broader commitment to serving families throughout Northern Kentucky. As a local professional serving the region, she understands that financial planning and insurance services are only one part of building strong communities. True service also involves showing up, participating, and investing time in causes that support human dignity and family stability.

Community partnerships between parish organizations, schools, and local professionals create lasting connections. When students see adults modeling generosity and responsibility, it strengthens the values that guide future leaders. It also highlights how Catholic and faith inspired service can unite people across generations in a shared mission of care.

The collaboration between St. Mary Parish and School, the Senior Club, and Agent Susan Pangallo demonstrates how even simple acts such as preparing snack bags can create meaningful change. The Henry Hosea House relies on consistent support from local partners, and this event serves as a reminder that many small contributions together can make a significant difference.

Throughout Northern Kentucky, initiatives like Feeding God’s Children reflect the heart of the community. Families, students, retirees, and professionals each bring unique gifts to the table. When those gifts are combined, they create tangible support for organizations that serve the most vulnerable.

This recent outreach effort stands as a beautiful example of community coming together to support the mission of multiple organizations. In Alexandria and across the region, that spirit of service continues to strengthen both families and the wider community, reminding us that when we work together with generosity and faith, meaningful impact is always within reach.
